what does the brother PE design next software do?
basically i wanna buy the brother PE700II embroidery machine
but i want to be able to make my own designs(like whatever i want) and put them into the embroidery machine to stitch
is that what the PE design next software can do?

Yes. There are other brands of machine embroidery software that will digitize simple drawings and clip art.
If you have a Brother dealer that will help you learn to use the software it would be a plus.
